Team Manager - GPC Distribution Centre Brisbane - Full TimeReporting to the Shift Manager, you will provide quality operational assistance that will contribute to the profitability and growth of our business.The Team Managers are required to closely supervise a work team in a hands-on capacity, ensuring that employees are productive and perform work in accordance with all company guidelines and procedures, including all OH&S practices.You will be responsible for:Organising and motivating work teams within your sectionEnsuring KPI reporting in line with Distribution Centre reporting processes and targetsAttending and providing input at daily performance review meetingsImproving stock accuracy/store order accuracy to support strong availability for the customerTo be successful in this role you will have:Previous experience in a supervisorial-management role preferredConfident and engaging communication skillsStrong knowledge of safe work practicesAdaptability and flexibilityLooking after you:We are committed to ensuring our people are well looked after.
