The Role: This fast-paced support role will see you work with a passionate selling principal who has a genuine love for real estate combined with a never-give-up attitude.
Your duties and responsibilities will consist of:
Prepare Appraisal/listing kits and marketing collateral. Prepare and process Contracts and Form 6s. Liaise with vendors and buyers. Database entry and management. Assisting with Open Homes and Private Inspections. Diary management. Liaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement process. Social Media Marketing/advertising campaigns. Organising photography/styling. Preparing Vendor reports. General administration and ad-hoc duties. The successful Candidate: Current QLD Real Estate Registration - Essential Prior Real Estate experience is a MUST!
! IMMACULATE presentation and a professional manner. Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously. High level of communication and attention to detail.
