Assist the Administrative Service Manager in managing the day-to-day delivery responsibilities of the administrative staff that support the Southern Cancer and Blood Services, Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH).
The Role: Assist the Administrative Service Manager in managing the day-to-day delivery responsibilities of the administrative staff that support the Southern Cancer and Blood Services, Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH).Support a team of administrative staff including coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring duties operate efficiently and effectively in the WP Holman Clinic.Manage the collection and reporting of clinical indicator data and other clinical data as required including the reporting of cancer treatment outcomes in radiation oncology.The Team: Cancer and Blood Services (CaBS) at the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) is a comprehensive service dedicated to cancer and blood disorder patients including the state-wide bone marrow transplant service. The units together provide treatment, research, clinical trials and education regarding these diseases and survivorship care.

Details of appointment: Permanent part-time, day worker position, working 15.2 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Required work days will be on a Friday, each week. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $71,661 - $77,455 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
