Monitoring and driving office performance and coaching employees to achieve Foster a positive, supportive and learning culture within the team Structuring and leading team meetings as required Develop in depth knowledge of the contract Become the technical expert within the office for your designated program If you're good with all types of people and want to make sure your career means something to others, this is the role for you!
The successful candidate will possess appropriate management capabilities to motivate our staff on site to service our clients in the best way possible.
We need someone who is comfortable with proactively promoting our organisation and our jobseekers and supporting and managing jobseekers as they work towards meeting their employment goals.
