About the Role The primary objective of the Team Leader role is to facilitate a consistently high standard of operational delivery outcomes for both their immediate team through training, evaluation, and support, as well as meeting individual delivery objectives through the management of a reduced caseload. This includes supporting team performance across quality, productivity and compliance to external regulations and internal policies and procedures. The duties of the role include, but are not limited too:   Provide mentoring, coaching, and training to team to develop their skills and competence. Promote a positive team culture and facilitate buzz meetings. Assist jobseekers, to overcome vocational and non-vocational barriers. Provide participants with tailored pathways into sustainable employment and manage job plans. Undertake reverse marketing to employers to connect jobseekers. Ensure compliance with the deed and claims guidelines. Work with the broader team to achieve shared goals and outcomes. Induction and training new starters.
