```html • The candidate must have experience of leading teams to scope, create specifications, designs, calculations, reports and drawings associated with the new or modification of distribution projects from 0.240kV – 33kV (overhead and underground). The candidate must have a power engineering background and have good client communication skills. • In the role you will manage a team responsible for the production of project deliverables through a robust checking process but must also develop drawing office technical standards as per end client requirements, mentor and train the designers and, when work dictates, support the actual delivery of the projects. • The candidate must be a strong leader, experienced in operating in a culturally diverse team and work without micro level supervision. This role will lead to management career paths as you develop with our client.
