Homelessness Melbourne Metro is committed to providing person centred care, trauma informed practice and a strengths-based approach to improve the health, wellbeing and housing outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.
Your Role The Contact Centre in St Kilda offers a 24-hour Statewide crisis response to individuals and families of all ages. Drop in and face-to-face assistance is available every day of the year (including weekends and public holidays) with the service offering a 24-hour telephone response.
The SKCC Team Leader will lead a team of staff to deliver high quality, safe and effective responses to Victorian individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and seeking support through the 24/7 Crisis Contact Centre.
Reporting to the Program Manager for formal line management and supervision, this is a permanent full-time position, based in St Kilda, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 6.
