Park Hyatt Sydney is recruiting for Team Leader - The Living Room. Join us to redefine luxury.About the roleAssists the Outlet Manager – The Living Room by ensuring that all policies and procedures are successfully executed.Provides exceptional guest service at all times and handles all guest and colleague inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.Ensures that the food and beverage standards are implemented.Is a hands-on Team Leader and is present at all times in the Living Room and Bar areas, especially during busy periods.Nurtures and develops each team member, maximizing their effectiveness by developing their skills and abilities through appropriate training and coaching.QualificationsProven food and beverage service experience and qualification in food and beverage service training, preferably diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management.Experience in a supervisory food and beverage role for at least 6 months in a deluxe hotel or similar environment.Proficient at effectively training staff.Current NSW RSA Competency Card.Good knowledge of wines, cocktails, and other beverages.Computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office.Unlimited working rights in Australia, with a minimum commitment of 12 months.Working at Park Hyatt Sydney will include:Access to employee benefits such as complimentary shift meals, discounts for the Spa and all Food and Beverage outlets.Access to complimentary and discounted Hyatt accommodation worldwide.Access to internationally recognized learning and development programs and opportunities.Access to an employee assistance program and paid family leave benefits.Being part of a diverse and inclusive team, passionate about their work.A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
