This is a casual role which has the potential to turn permanent after initial placement and training is complete.
The ideal candidate will possess: Previous experience working within administrative or dispatch roles Proven experience with WMS programs and inventory control Highly defined communication skills both written and verbal High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive Be reliable and dependable Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide quality administration support to the business Responding to email enquiries and transcribing notes Invoicing and Purchase order experience Previous experience in Freighting an advantage Scheduling and booking maintenance competent with spreadsheets and data analysis Data entry General clerical support duties Accounts support Required Skills/Qualification Excellent verbal communication Excellent organisational skills Experience with WMS programs Administration Experience Previous experience in warehousing admin an advantage Microsoft Office This is great opportunity for any candidate looking for stability and security in the administrative industry.
