About you You seamlessly manage and meet deadlines through meticulous planning, organisation and prioritisation of workloads, all while motivating staff to produce and deliver high-quality work of exceptional standards. Your excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills demonstrate your experience in effectively liaising with stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally. Additionally, your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to evaluate impact, mitigate risks, and devise effective solutions to continuously enhance and streamline processes. You will possess: completion of a relevant undergraduate qualification with extensive experience in communications/marketing and events in conjunction with experience leading a team of professional staff to deliver excellent outcomes; a proven track record of designing and delivering communication content, campaigns and strategies in a complex organisation; Advanced digital literacy skills including proven experience working across digital communication channels with an understanding of experience centred design approaches; and experience in working with diverse client backgrounds, and awareness of social and cultural difference and needs within the University setting.
