Reporting to the Program Manager, you will showcase your outstanding leadership skills and confidently coordinate safe, high-quality, person-centred support for older adults.

As a Team Leader, you will inspire and guide a team of dedicated lifestyle workers to achieve the best results for our clients in our Anglicare Social Wellness Centre in Minto.
Our programs are designed to help frail older individuals engage in community life and feel socially included through structured, group-based activities that promote independent living and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and client/carer satisfaction, aligned with Anglicare's Vision, Mission and Values.Ensure the staff perform effectively and cohesively by creating a culture that is consistent with the organisation's values.Ensure the Centre operates within the safety standards and funding requirements.Ensure the programs within the centre are optimised to operate effectively and efficiently to deliver quality care.Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the services, including rostering staff and arranging client transport.Build and promote the services to the wider community.About You:Diploma of Leisure and Health/Community Services/Aged Care or relevant equivalent qualification.Previous experience in the care sector, and experience in undertaking comprehensive assessments.Previous experience in leading and coaching a team.Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service.Current driver's licence and vehicle.Must be willing to travel.About Us:Come and join an organisation with over 160 years' experience caring for people, including those in need.
