Technical Skills of Information Technology Manager IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and lifecycle management expertise.
Patch management tools (e.g., SCCM/MECM) and troubleshooting skills.
Implementation of Essential Eight strategies, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Proficiency in secure data erasure and ITAD processes.
Experience in Azure AD, M365 upgrades, and cloud domain rollouts.
Configuration of Microsoft Intune and enforcement of device compliance policies.
Network Security & Advanced Cybersecurity Expertise in API-based integrations and ERP/CRM synchronization.
Implementation of tools like Asana or Betterworks for performance tracking.
Vendor management and SLA optimization.
Soft Skills : Project management (PMP/Agile), team leadership, and effective communication.
