Excellent career progression opportunities will be available to the successful applicant.As Team Leader you will take charge and support across the following key areas:Lead, supervise, and coach staff members, ensuring they are providing high-quality support to residents.Manage staff training, ongoing development, and performance management.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to always ensure adequate staffing coverage.Work alongside internal stakeholders including housing, rostering, client services, and recruitment to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence.Ensure your team is working together within a positive and supportive culture.Manage risk of incidents, respond to incidents as required, and implement best practice strategies to prevent re-occurrence.The Team Leader will be the family and key stakeholder liaison and will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the home.About YouMinimum 2 years' experience as a Team Leader/Manager in Supported Independent LivingFull availabilityRelevant Qualification in disability or related fieldCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateDriver's License & own carNDIS Worker Screening CheckEnjoy leaving things better than the way you found themShare our values of Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness and BoldIf you meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
