Team Leader – Service Delivery Risk , you'll provide expert advice to stakeholders on the operation of ART's rules and delivery against the ART Group Risk Management Framework (RMF).The primary purpose of the Team Leader - Service Delivery Risk role is to lead the operational risk, quality and incident management functions within Service Delivery (SD). The role assumes a pivotal position in ensuring the alignment, monitoring, supervision, and implementation of robust business practices.Day to day, you'll:Lead a team of Service Delivery Risk Specialists to maintain and enhance existing business processes within the defined risk appetite.Identify, manage, rate, and monitor risks in alignment with enterprise risk management guidelines.Manage the operational risk management, quality assurance, and control supervision within Service Delivery.Mitigate operational risk and uphold compliance obligations.Actively promote a positive risk and compliance culture within the team and the broader business.Provide advice, interpretation and support to assist business units in mapping risks, controls, and outcomes against the Board's Material Risk register.Provide operational risk committee reporting, and incident and breach reporting as required.Review, recommend and align a multi-channel, multi-service quality evaluation framework to meet compliance obligations and industry best practice standards.Conduct incident screening to identify potential risks and trends for proactive risk management.This role is a 12-month max-term/secondment opportunity.About youIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:Demonstrated experience and understanding of risk governance and quality assurance evaluation frameworks within financial services operations.Highly developed understanding of how to identify, assess and control existing and emerging business risks according to our internal Risk Management Framework.At least three years demonstrated leadership ability and experience in building high-performing teams and driving cultural change.Demonstrated experience in identifying and delivering operational efficiencies and effectiveness.Proven ability to understand and effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders including experience in the areas of liaison, consultation, negotiation.Strong knowledge of superannuation and insurance industries, including legislation, regulations, and market trends (desirable).About usOur 2.3 million members trust us to take care of almost $300 billion in retirement savings.
