About The Role Reporting to the Corporate Immigration Manager and Managing Director, you will provide advice to our clients on primarily employer sponsored immigration, provide technical leadership and supervision for a team of RMAs, and case manage your own applications with the assistance of a junior RMA/migration coordinator. The role will suit an experienced Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer with a MARN. Key responsibilities will be:
Supervise the work of a team of 3-4 RMAsManage Company Specific, Industry and DAMA Labour Agreement applicationsProvide technical knowledge leadership in employer sponsored immigration law and policyActively manage client relationships by providing timely, complete and accurate advice when requestedSupport corporate clients with compliance requirementsConduct consultations and assessments providing accurate and complete advice regarding visa options

Must be a Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer with a MARN, expert in:Employer sponsored law and policy (ie. 482, 186, 494, 400, 408, 407)Employer sponsorship compliance obligationsCompetent in:DAMAs, Industry, and Company Specific Labour AgreementsGeneral skilled migration law and policyExcellent professional English written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of clients including CEOs/MDs, General Managers, People Managers, HR advisors, Recruitment personnel, and individual migrants from a variety of backgrounds.Excellent case management and organizational skills to manage deadlines and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume roleDiligent attention to detail, thorough and conscientious approach to all cases, especially when under pressureDemonstrated professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service instinctsMinimum 3 years' post-qualification experience managing employer-sponsored cases full-timeExperience with Migration Manager preferredAll expressions of interest and applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
