About the Position:

This unique role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead and develop our client's Far North Queensland team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the growth and nurturing of the team, including the onboarding of new consultants. This role is perfect for someone eager to take on leadership responsibilities within the North Queensland and Far North Queensland regions, focusing on case management, marketing, customer liaison, and stakeholder partnerships.
Key aspects of the role include:
Spearheading the growth strategy within Far North QueenslandMentoring and leading a team of consultantsEngaging in business development and stakeholder eventsBalancing consulting, case management, and leadership tasksThe position starts with a six-month handover period, including three months of onboarding as a Senior Consultant, followed by a transition to independently take on the Team Leader role.

Key Requirements: A passion for helping individuals and teams thrive in the workplaceStrong leadership skills with a desire to mentor and develop teamsExcellent time management, organisational, and communication skillsInnovative and collaborative mindsetWillingness to travel within the region as requiredResidency in or willingness to relocate to Far North QueenslandMinimum of two years' experience in occupational rehabilitationRelevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Exercise Physiology, or similarOn Offer: Salary on offer between $85,000 - $100,000 + Super depending on experienceAn opportunity to work closely with and be mentored by the Leadership TeamA role that allows you to shape and grow the service offering in the regionFlexibility around hours with remuneration based on billable hours and experienceCompany-provided vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, and iPad for ease of work and travelInterested in this position?
