About the Role: At MADEC, our Team Leader (Residential Youth Services) guides, mentors, and supports a team of Residential Youth Workers to provide safe, nurturing, and supportive home environments for young people who have experienced trauma and neglect.
Working under the guidance of our experienced Youth Coordinators, you will:

Qualifications: Diploma or higher in Child or Youth Services (or equivalent) or willingness to undertake.Experience: At least 2 years' experience working with young people and supporting individuals including youth, persons who have experienced trauma and neglect.Licenses: A valid Queensland Driver's Licence.Screening: Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and LCS2.Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting young people and contributing to a positive team culture.Values: A strong alignment with our core values of human rights, community, excellence, and empowerment.How to Apply: If you are ready to make a meaningful impact and join a team that values your contributions, we encourage you to apply via SEEK.
