Location: Remote Communities - Northern Territory
Remuneration: $119-132K + Super + housing/housing allowance

Role In this role, you will use your experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and families to oversee a multidisciplinary team to carry out necessary assessments of individual, family, and community issues. You will be responsible for the supervision, training, and development of staff, building stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that services are delivered in line with best practice principles.
Requirements Degree qualification in social work, psychology, or relevant community welfare fields.Previous leadership experience in a child protection and/or DFV service.Skills in assessment of child protection, family, and community dynamics.Preparedness to travel in 4WD vehicles or light planes, as required, and ability to undertake travel including overnight stays as necessary.Further Info In return, you will be offered a salary in the region of $119 - 132K + Super + housing/housing allowance. Relocation costs are also available for candidates. Further benefits including paid travel in and out of communities and 6 weeks leave are on offer.
