Key Responsibilities: As a Team Leader Registered Nurse at SPLASH, your role will encompass:
Providing best practice nursing care, including comprehensive assessment, intervention, and evaluation.Supporting the delivery of safe, person- and family-centered patient care.Maintaining accurate records of treatment and care provision, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborating effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated multidisciplinary care.Participating in clinical supervision for Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, and students, fostering a supportive learning environment.Completing mandatory training and participating in performance reviews to uphold professional development standards.Undertaking clinical shifts, including participation in the on-call, after-hours, and weekend roster as required.Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:
