Spinal Life Australia is a non-profit organisation that provides expert knowledge, specialist therapies and supports tailored for people with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities. We're the largest provider of support services to people living with spinal cord injury in Australia. 
We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Recruitment Team based at our Head Office in Woolloongabba on a permanent full-time basis.


The Team Leader will lead the recruitment team through the full recruitment lifecycle to successfully attract, select and retain the best talent with a view of continuous improvement of processes and structures. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Team Leader will be responsible for sourcing and collaborating with hiring managers to select quality candidates (including Office Staff for Spinal Life Australia and Sporting Wheelies and Personal Support Workforce) to meet the needs of the organisation.

The Team Leader will lead the recruitment team through the full recruitment lifecycle to successfully attract, select and retain the best talent with a view of continuous improvement of processes and structures. Duties of the role includes: Maintain and continuously develop the recruitment practices in alignment with the overall organisational strategyDevelop and implement attraction and advertising strategies to increase the candidate poolProvide recruitment recommendations to contribute to the HR strategy and business planManage all recruitment processes and related administration as well as back filling any recruitment support resource duties as requiredMeasure, analyse and report on recruitment practices and expenses against established budget and metricsProvide recruitment support resources with professional supervision, coaching and mentoring as requiredContribute to the Personal Support workforce planning initiativesManage all recruitment processes and related administration as well as back filling any recruitment support resource duties as required. What's needed to be successful? Previous experience in RecruitmentProven experience in the coordination of all aspects of the recruitment process.
