This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Team Leader to join our LiveBig team!
Full-time & Permanent (will consider 4 days or 9 day fortnight for the right candidate) Can be based anywhere in Sydney Hybrid working model - full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration or our Sydney office, in support of your caseload Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate consultants, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation and support with professional development You will also have your own diverse clinical caseload working within the community to provide high quality clinical support Why work for us? You will have Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline Proficient registration with the NDIS commission as a minimum (essential) A passion for working with people with a disability and NDIS and/or disability sector experience is preferred but not essential 3+ years experience in Positive Behaviour Support (as a minimum) A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home A love for growing and developing young clinicians and leaders & truly inspiring them to be great Excellent time management skills and organisational skills IT skills at an intermediate level including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology Fun & energetic!
