The ORS Positive Behaviour Support division is expanding and we are seeking our next Team Leader to join us! You will join a national team of 250+ Psychologists & Counsellors providing clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
In addition to leading the team of practitioners, you will also maintain a reduced caseload which will involve working with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients. You will assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
Whilst the role will be based primarily from our paediatric clinic in Pakenham, you will also have the opportunity to work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, and telehealth.

This resource is in addition to the many Managers and Team Leaders we have on staff!
Minimum RequirementsExperience working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS participantsExperience working with individuals that have Autism Spectrum disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnosesSuitable qualifications to undertake behaviour support assessments (i.e., Psychology or Education)A car and licenceA National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)A bit about us:ORS is one of the largest and fastest-growing family-owned and operated national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia, with a proven track record and reputation for providing high-quality evidence-based and client-centred services for over 30 years!
