We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our expanding City Planning Group as the Team Leader Planning Administration.
This is a new role and will suit someone who is interested in leading a customer focused administration support service to fulfill statutory planning functions.
This role will provide consistent and effective high-level support and coordination of administrative and planning support services to enable legislative obligations to be met and lead the enhancement of business system processes.

ABOUT YOU
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Leadership, Management, Town Planning, Architecture, Urban Design or related discipline.
Experience in development and implementation of effective systems of work and working collaboratively to enhance business system processes and improve customer experiences.
Demonstrated successful experience in leading and managing a team through effective leadership, coaching, motivation and achieving organisations goals and objectives.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
The role is offered full-time and as a 2-year contract. A base salary between $102,093.90 and $104,723.09 will be offered (dependent on skills and experience) to the preferred candidate + 12.5% superannuation and a 19-day month.
