Full-time, ongoing opportunity based at Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD SCHADS 5B ($97,344 p.a) + super + leave loading + salary packing A rewarding career with a nationally recognised provider of mental health and disability services About the opportunity The Facilitated Coaching and In-Person Peer Support Coordinator is a role that exists to coordinate the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of the Facilitated Coaching and In-Person Peer Support programs that are part of Carer Gateway Services.
The Carer Gateway Services have been created in the context of national reforms and represent an exciting new era for the delivery of innovative carer services.
This role is responsible for the ongoing implementation of the Facilitated Coaching and In-person Peer Support programs within Carer Gateway service areas, inclusive of leading and supporting a team of Coaches and Peer Facilitators to deliver the services.
Reporting to the Carer Gateway Service Manager and working under limited direction this role is responsible for: Engaging with a diversity of stakeholders, including consortium partners and community providers to ensure the Facilitated Coaching and In-person Peer Support Programs are available to all carers within the service area Recruit, lead and oversee a team of Coaches and Peer Facilitators delivering programs to Carers Monitoring and reviewing service quality and performance and providing regular and effective reports to CGSP Manager Explore opportunities to develop the capacity for In-Person Peer Support groups to self-sustain beyond the period of facilitation offered by Gateway staff via volunteer engagement If you share our passion of helping people and want to make a difference in people's lives, then we look forward to receiving your application!
