Are you passionate about addressing health inequity and having a positive impact on young people in statutory care?
Western Health is seeking Team Leader to work within the Pathway to Good Health Program, as part of its Integrated Community Health Service. This is a Part-time position at 0.8FTE. The Team leader in addition to holding a clinical load is responsible for the administrative management of Western Health staff within the Pathway to Good Health program. As a member of the Pathway to Good Health program they will be working within a dynamic and diverse multidisciplinary team and in collaboration with key stakeholder in supporting Children in Out of Home Care (OOHC) to access comprehensive health supports and address significant unidentified and unmet health needs.
You will be supported to progress your career with high quality supervision and professional development opportunities by working alongside medical and allied health clinicians from our specialist programs and clinics.
To be Successful in this Role, you will have: Relevant tertiary qualification in speech pathology or psychologyCurrent registration with AHPRADemonstrated ability in clinical and/or practice leadershipExtensive clinical experience, including with children at risk of abuse or neglect, and their familiesProven ability and skills to build collaborative relationships and work effectively within multidisciplinary teamsHighly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written and presenting skills About Us
