The City of Salisbury is a local government entity and encompasses an area of 158km2.

The role: Reporting to the Manager Field Services, this Senior Team Leader role is responsible for delivering high quality services through leading and motivating multiple work teams and effectively managing service contracts.

A key deliverable of this exciting role is to develop, implement, monitor and report on work programs and associated systems and processes to ensure operations and services are delivered efficiently and effectively to service standards.

Specialist Skills, Required Knowledge and Conditions: Tertiary Qualification in Natural Resource Management (or related area) or demonstrate substantial experience and competencies in a similar role.
Demonstrate the ability to lead and support a strong safety culture ensuring services are delivered in a safe environment.
Proven effective leadership, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to positively engage with staff and facilitate effective teamwork across multiple teams.
