Dynamic team leader for the Parking and Administration teams Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills Permanent fulltime Band 6 role $88,829 plus super The Role The Team Leader Parking and Administration is responsible for providing dynamic leadership emphasizing adaptability, problem solving and communication for the Parking team and Regulatory Services Administration team.

Experience in court prosecutions under the Road Management Act 2017, Road Safety Act 1986, Local Government Act 1989, Local Government Act 2020, Community Local Laws and other relevant legislation will be highly regarded.

This role works closely with and oversees the administrative team that supports the broader regulatory services administrative functions requiring an adaptable and agile leader providing excellent customer service in a regulatory environment.

As the Team Leader Parking and Administration, you will be responsible for implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, Council processes and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

About You You have the ability to work autonomously and provide dynamic leadership to a team ensuring that operational demands are satisfied, with a positive focus on team cohesion and customer service.

You have demonstrated experience leading a regulatory and administrative team and possess well-developed problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

You have demonstrated experience and qualifications in Municipal Law Enforcement (Certificate) or Degree in Business Administration/Management and some relevant experience or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience in this field.

You possess the skills, knowledge and experience in Court Prosecuting, brief preparation or equivalent.

You have the capability to prepare written documentation, reports and external correspondence, and possess a current driver's licence.

Key Selection Criteria: Qualifications and experience as listed above. Demonstrated ability to champion, model and promote corporate values. A Certificate of Proficiency in Court Prosecuting, or equivalent, is desirable. Evidence of proficiency in the use of computer software such as word processing and database packages. Highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution abilities. Demonstrated substantial practical experience in delivering law enforcement services. Demonstrated experience in managing staff in a law enforcement environment.
