We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Team Leader to join our Operations and Maintenance team in Mount Isa Qld on a 12 month secondment.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be working with the operations team leader, commercial team, technical specialist, and planning & scheduling in planning and implementing maintenance activities at DPF maintenance.
Key Responsibilities Lead and foster high performing teams including a mature safety culture ensuring a sustainable workforce plan.Health and safety of the operations and maintenance of the assets and its personnel.Operations and maintenance of the assets to ensure they are reliable and available for commercial operations.Ensure regulatory, compliance, and contractual obligations are met.Participation and support in budget development and cost control.Support stakeholder expectations, communications, and change.Source/provide subject matter expert advice and operational support to key stakeholders.Your background Demonstrated Operational and relevant Trade qualifications.Demonstrated experience of Works Management Systems (WMS).Sound knowledge of asset management including construction, commissioning, maintenance.Training to be provided, have carried out similar roles and understand what is required for frontline leadership, manage team performance and engagement of Operation teams.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across the organisation and externally; by building and developing relationships based on trust, integrity, and credibility.About the Team The Operations & Maintenance teams exist to safely operate the DPF power assets which keep the NWPS reliable, in an efficient and cost-effective manner to enable APA to achieve its business strategy and goals, extract maximum value from its assets, and deliver value for its customers.
