We can offer you: Beautiful workspace at our central Head Office in NorthbridgeOutstanding work culture with friendly and supportive colleagues and teamsAttractive Salary Packaging optionsWhat you'll do: Provide supervision to administration team in their daily tasks.Process the procurement of operational supplies and purchases.Oversee and delegate the organisation of meetings, workshops, seminars and board functions including arranging lists of participants, travel arrangements, catering where appropriate and preparing and distributing relevant documents.Review and implement improvements to operational policy & procedures within the administration services.Provide monthly reports to and attend regular meetings with the Executive ManagerPromote the Catholic ethos of the organisation and always comply with the policy and procedures as well as the Code of Conduct of Identitywa.Comply with the NDIS practice standards under the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.Other duties as directed by Executive Manager Workforce & DevelopmentWhat you'll bring to the team: Tertiary education in Business Administration and/or extensive experience in office managementAbility to supervise teams, including coaching and mentoring.Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify improvements, determine priorities, multi-task and effectively meet deadlines.Advanced skills in office computing applications including high level keyboard, and substantial experience with Microsoft suite of applications including presentation software, front page and email.Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including strong written skills and customer service skills.Experience in innovating and maintaining office record and tracking systems, both electronic and paper based, and the ability to identify weaknesses in associated business processes and recommend improvements.How to apply: Please apply through our website or through seek with your Resume and Cover Letter.
