Team Leader of Alcohol & Other Drugs & Social & Emotional Wellbeing ServicesRumbalara Aboriginal Cooperative – Health & Wellbeing Services now has the following vacancy:Team Leader of Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD) and Social & Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) ServicesFull-time, 38 hours a weekThis is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander designated position, classified under Section 12 Special Measures of the Equal Opportunity Act (2010).This employment opportunity is only available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.About the RoleThe Team Leader of Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD) and Social & Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Services is responsible for leading a dedicated team focused on supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities in addressing issues related to alcohol and other drugs and enhancing social and emotional wellbeing. This role will involve program development, community engagement, and the delivery of culturally appropriate services. In addition, the Team Leader will also have responsibilities including (but not limited to) supervision of staff, participation in reference groups and service development.
