Team Leaders guide their assigned clinical teams towards our vision and values by inspiring and supporting each member to develop into clinical leaders, who in turn support our clients to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting quality supervision sessions with clinicians
Supporting team members to achieve clinical utilisation
Assisting management with recruiting new clinicians
Facilitating and reviewing the staff induction program
Fostering and maintaining a positive team culture
Conducting regular performance reviews
Ensuring quality assurance across all documentation
Managing site issues related to workplace health and safety
Capturing feedback from clients

About you
Experience in leading clinicians in developing clinical skills
Considerable experience as a clinician in various settings
Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary team
Own vehicle and current full driver licence
Degree qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
Current full registration with AHPRA or certified practising membership with SPA
