About the role: We are looking for motivated, client centric, outcome focussed leader to join our expanding team. You will be provided a work life balance. This is not optional It is desirable to understand and be able to administer/interpret a variety of psychometric/objective screening tools  Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments Assess and treat clients to carry out community-based rehabilitation programs to improve functional independence and quality of life Opportunity to work across all age groups from 0 to 65 years  Provide evidence based clinical services to participants living with disability and/or chronic complex conditions It is desirable to have a good level of commercial acumen and understand the key drivers behind referral trends. Providing quality customer service to all stakeholders is essential to be successful for this role For the right person, you will be provided opportunity as the business grows, whether this be financial, allowances towards professional development, or something else that you wish to propose. We can, and will provide flexibility in all aspects of business operations including how you are remunerated and rewarded You will have the opportunity to mentor other clinicians based on your level of expertise (if this is something you desire to do)  To be successful: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy  Current registration with AHPRA  NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution Current driver's licence and registered vehicle Working with Children Check  Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded  Why work with us?   Supervision, support, and training from a strong management team that holds clinical, leadership, lecturing and research experience.
