We are seeking a dedicated full-time Team Leader to join our dynamic team to be based at our office in Parap, Darwin.
As Team Leader you will lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective services. These services must align with business objectives, processes, and the recognised standards, policies, and best practices of the NDIS.
This role offers the opportunity to maintain client engagement and manage a flexible clinical caseload. Additionally, you'll leverage your professional expertise to support and mentor team members.
About the positionProviding leadership and supervision to our Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists supporting the development of their clinical skills and discipline knowledgeHave regular check-ins with the team (with varying experience) providing formal and informal support and feedback, and lead with a positive influenceComplete assessments and reports that are goal orientated to support life transitionsEnsure best practice standards for occupational therapy services, and contribute to the improvement and development of clinical practices and proceduresProvide direction and actively oversee team member KPIs, billable hours, and stakeholder business engagement activities.
