Your primary role is to be a mentor, trainer, and "upskiller" – making our teams' professional growth and on-the-job training your passionYou are strong at constructive criticism & delivering feedback, completing monthly strategic reviews and file audits with each consultantYour clinical and technical knowledge is strong so that we can deliver a high standard of service delivery and executionBuilding and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clientsYou are an energiser – we only hire people who love what they do and show it every day.
