Here's what you can expect and count on in your new role as a Team Leader for our Ecology team: Supporting the development, implementation and tracking of the yearly planning and strategy for the Ecology teamGuiding the growth and development of the team members, honing your coaching and mentoring skills to help cultivate a highly collaborative "one team" cultureHelping to implement the recruitment strategy for the Ecology team and representing EMM as an inspiring ambassadorBuilding strong working relationships with state and Commonwealth regulators and contributing feedback and learnings to the development of offset policyYou'll work with leaders who are truly present and excited to help you to growAs we embrace hybrid working – you'll foster homeworking and collaboration days at our Brisbane officeHere's what you'll bring: Plenty of passion and drive and living and leading with shared values will be in your DNA7 years plus relevant post graduate experience, preferably gained within an ecological consultancy environmentPrevious leadership or coaching and mentoring experienceDemonstrated experience in strategic thinking and business planningAbility to manage own time and priorities effectivelySuperior project management and project delivery skills.Have a current/valid unrestricted QLD driver's licenseWe look forward to hearing from you!
