*Position Profile: *An opportunity exists for a Team Leader Mental Health to join our team. Under the direction of the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for the joint operational management of Kimberley Mental Health & Drug Service (KMHDS) programs in conjunction with relevant Coordinators, Team Leaders and the Clinical Director. The occupant of this position will manage the financial, physical and human resources and day to day operational requirements of the Derby and Fitzroy Crossing offices. The occupant of this position will facilitate an advanced level of community mental health and alcohol and drug services based on best practice, including providing a service which is culturally secure and takes into account the emotional, social and spiritual well-being of Aboriginal clients. *Area Profile:* The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is the largest country health system in Australia and one of the biggest in the world, providing health services to approximately half a million people, including 45,000 Aboriginal people, over a vast two and a half million square kilometre area.
