As a Team Leader in Member Services, you will have the ability to help improve the financial wellbeing of our members whilst growing the capability of our people, your team. You will apply your experience leading, motivating and coaching a team of Member Services Consultants to provide outstanding customer service to our members. In this rewarding role, a regular day might include: Coaching team members one-on-one to deliver efficient and effective customer experiencesContributing to the Member Services leadership team to identify opportunities to improve our service to membersProactively driving the implementation of change initiatives for your team.This role is available as a permanent opportunity.
