We have an ongoing full time position for a Team Leader - Mechanical Maintenance, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $86,275 to $93,801 p.a. plus superannuation.
You'll lead our skilled mechanical maintenance team with the delivery of planned and unplanned mechanical maintenance and supported project activities and drive strategic improvements to ensure we meet regulatory standards.
Job Description What you'll be doing On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
Direct and supervise a multi-skilled team of employees and contractors across our various sites and locations while providing coaching and mentoring support to achieve team performance goals/KPIsLead the mechanical maintenance team and contractors in the efficient delivery of planned and unplanned maintenanceAssist with development and implementation of maintenance programs consistent with good asset management practicesSupport effective planning and scheduling processes implemented for the efficient delivery of mechanical services. Desired Skills and ExperienceWe're looking for someone with 
Minimum of five years' experience in a mechanical team with team leadership experience highly desirableStrong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and works management systems Demonstrated experience in water and sewerage systems across a broad range of pumping and operational processesThe ability to understand technical language in relation to maintenance practicesProblem-solving skills to independently resolve complex issuesEffective time management and prioritisation skills with the demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities and manage multiple deadlines.For further details, see the position description available here .
