About the Role
As the Team Leader: Learning and Teaching Systems (LTS), you will provide technical leadership and day-to-day supervision of a team of information technologists that develop and support learning and teaching systems, applications, and services to support the student lifecycle. Your technical expertise will be crucial in solving complex IT issues and guiding staff to implement new technical enhancements. You will also spearhead large IT projects, manage smaller ones, and be involved in all stages of the system development lifecycle.
Essential Skills and Experience Significant experience leading teams of developers and system administrators, with a strong understanding of management principles Extensive experience in technical leadership and design skills contributing to large and complex IT projects Substantial experience in the architecture, design, development and support of modern web applications and services, particularly .NET Extensive experience in project management methodologies and quality procedures Developed interpersonal and communication skills Benefits
