About the role: You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members. Team Leaders will supervise a small team of General Hands, some with disabilities, to carry out gardening and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients. About you: Background in property maintenance or garden maintenance, lawn and weed identification as well as extensive knowledge of relevant equipment operation. Physical fitness to meet manual handling requirements Sound communication and negotiation skills Ability to use problem solving and technical skills to solve maintenance, contract, and scheduling issues Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise work of a small team Hold a valid driver's licence Must be confident in towing a trailer Hold a current NDIS Check or be willing to obtain Be willing to complete a National Police check How to apply?
