About the role Sunfam are looking for an experienced Irrigation Team Leader to drive the infield delivery of key irrigations projects in the Bundaberg region on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will be a capable people leader, able to effectively manage installation and labour costs and have sound experience in the delivery of irrigation projects.

Responsibilities: The Team Leader - Irrigation will be responsible for:
Managing the team's resources to meet installation targets in a safe, cost effective manner
Taking accountability for installation and maintenance of water transfer and application equipment.
Assess job requirements and complete or appropriately delegate tasks to appropriate team members
Keeping direct contact with clients to keep them advised of job progress & assess customer satisfaction.
Prioritising the wellbeing and safety of the team
About you: Our ideal Team Leader - Irrigation will possess:
Demonstrated experience in the installation of commercial & domestic irrigation projects (focus on installation planning, strategic thinking and innovation)
Sound leadership competency; able to manage and unite teams
Experience efficiently managing costs in an irrigation or construction environment
Strong communication and people skills
