The successful candidate will be a capable people leader, able to effectively manage installation and labour costs and have sound experience in the delivery of irrigation projects. Responsibilities: The Team Leader - Irrigation will be responsible for: Managing the team's resources to meet installation targets in a safe, cost effective manner Taking accountability for installation and maintenance of water transfer and application equipment. Assess job requirements and complete or appropriately delegate tasks to appropriate team members Keeping direct contact with clients to keep them advised of job progress & assess customer satisfaction.
