About the role Our Intensive Therapeutic Care homes support children and young people who have experienced trauma to thrive.
As a Team Leader, under the guidance of a Manager, you'll provide a team of Caseworkers and Support Workers with strong leadership and coordinate the day-to-day provision of support and services for children, young people and their families.
Together with clinical staff, you'll work to ensure children and young people are safe and that their social, emotional and physical health and education is improved.

About you Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Diploma in Social Sciences / Social Welfare or equivalent Proven effective interpersonal, conflict negotiation and resolution skills and to provide strong leadership under pressure.
A current Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People card, First Aid Certificate, and Drivers Licence.
