The Team Leader role is to utilize their expert clinical skills by undertaking a caseload, providing supervision and support to other team members. In doing so, the role ensures standards are met, evidence-based practice is implemented, and the service is responsive to the needs of the community.
To provide quality, specialist client-centered assessment and treatment in the context of a holistic framework and in a multi-disciplinary team setting.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as one of the following: a Registered Nurse with a Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health or equivalence, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker with eligibility for membership for the Association of Australian Social Workers, or a Psychologist with an approved degree in Psychology.Excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective patient care and management.The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining:
