The Team Leader is a key role responsible for leading a team to deliver regional services and programs to support small businesses, training, and skilling initiatives across the region. The Team Leader is a key member of the Central Queensland Regional Office leadership team and supports efficient and effective service delivery by devising, coordinating, and implementing various programs, activities and initiatives across the employment, small business, and training portfolio areas, with a collaboration and growth mindset. By fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, translating policy direction into operational activities, and supporting your team's growth and development, you will contribute to the successful delivery of regional services and programs.
