About the role As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a well-established, dedicated and passionate team of allied health and behaviour support professionals.
Your main focus?
To foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, where team members are empowered to contribute their ideas and innovate.
You will be a strong leader, mentoring your team to provide high-quality services in accordance with the NDIS scheme.
Duties Provide clear and focused leadership to your multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.Support your staff with supervision and be a hands-on Team Leader, who prioritises their staff and is available and approachable.Hold a small caseload of clients when required to ensure our clients in the local area receive the highest levels of service.Sit as an integral part of our Regional Management Team, with full support of your Manager and a buddy from our peer network to help you settle in and thrive!We support people to live their best life.
