Details of the offer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Team Leader with a strong background in sales and appointment setting to lead our team of Appointment Setters.
This role is focused on driving performance in outbound and inbound appointment setting for customers over 60 years old in Australia and New Zealand, scheduling hearing tests.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with the ability to coach and inspire a team to meet and exceed targets.
Key Details:

Start date: Mid January 2025
Role Type: Full Time (38 hours per week)
Operational Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7am-7pm, Thursday 7am-6pm, Friday 7am-5pm plus adhoc Saturdays
Location: Onsite.
Melbourne CBD

You are a passionate and experienced Team Leader who leads by example
You have proven ability to lead a positive and motivated team to success
You thrive on being part of a team, while being confident and experienced to work independently when required

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience leading a high performing sales or appointment setting team in a similar environment
Demonstrated ability to excel in sales environment
Coaching and Development skills to regularly improve performance
Experienced using CRM tool and ability to track and report on sales data
Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and decision making skills
Motivational leadership skills
Attention to detail
