Working as a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliverthe collection of outstanding funds. You will ensure high levels of customer service and exceptional quality standards aligned with client expectations. You will also act as theprimary point of contact for client queriesand requests.
