If so, we invite you to join our team as a Garden Maintenance Team Leader.

Responsibilities  Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
