THE POSITION Dynamic role that will work across multiple retail and events, both indoor and outdoor environments. Taking the lead in an array of event types including conferencing, kid's parties, sit down and cocktail events. Training and developing junior staff members and providing support to management during larger scale events. End to end function experience and providing support to our sales team with end of event reporting. Outstanding customer service to our valued clients and guests, ensuring their needs during events are met. Ensuring event spaces and equipment are looked after and well maintained. THE PERSON Proven ability to lead a team. Understanding of Commercial hospitality operation. Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards and allergen management. Adaptable and thrives in a multi-tasking environment. Great personal presentation and an outgoing personality. Available across a variety of shifts, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
